1. Definitions

“PioneerAlgoFX” means the sole trader or business entity operating this platform.

“User” / “You” means any individual or entity accessing or using PioneerAlgoFX services.

“Software” means any EA, indicator, digital download, source code, license key, or MT4/MT5 product distributed through this website.

“Wallet (Top-up Credits)” means your USD-denominated balance used for on-site purchases only.

“Gold Coins” means a non-cash, non-withdrawable virtual token earned/converted within the platform.

“Lucky Wheel” means a promotional entertainment feature allowing Users to spend Gold Coins for randomised rewards.

“Top-up” means adding funds to your Wallet via PayPal, Stripe, card, or supported methods.

“Digital Rewards” means downloadable products or licenses delivered electronically.

“Physical Rewards” means physical items won via Lucky Wheel or promotions.

“Account Activities” include Wallet top-ups, conversions, Wheel spins, downloads, license activations, and any other on-site operations.

“System Error” means bugs, glitches, API malfunction, caching delay, database corruption, or misconfiguration producing unintended results.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, creating an account, performing a Wallet Top-up, converting Gold Coins, spinning the Lucky Wheel, downloading or activating Software, or participating in any promotional activity, you confirm acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the services.

1.3 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You must comply with your local laws regarding digital products and financial services.
• The platform is not intended for minors. We do not knowingly provide services to children.

1.4 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining strong passwords and securing your device.
• PioneerAlgoFX is not liable for losses caused by weak security, device compromise, malware, shared access, or negligence.
• We may log device fingerprints, IP information, and security indicators to prevent abuse.

1.5 Amendments

PioneerAlgoFX may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Software License, Delivery & Usage Rules

2.1 License Grant

Unless otherwise stated, all Software is licensed — not sold — and provided strictly on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or internal business use.

• Each product may include activation limits (e.g., number of MT4/MT5 accounts, devices or VPS).
• Licenses may be tied to trading account numbers, device IDs, IPs or machine fingerprints.
• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing Software or license keys is prohibited.
• Attempting to bypass license checks may result in immediate suspension without refund.

2.2 Digital Delivery

• Digital EAs/indicators are delivered via download links, account dashboard access, or license keys.
• Delivery is considered completed once download has started or the license key is issued.
• PioneerAlgoFX is not responsible for delays caused by email filters, spam folders, or user error.

2.3 Activation & Updates

• Some products require server-side activation each time the EA loads.
• You agree not to block, intercept, modify or monitor licensing API traffic.
• Updates may add new security features, usage checks, or activation limits.
• Licenses may be suspended if abnormal activity suggests abuse or sharing.

2.4 No Guarantees of Profit

All Software (EAs, indicators, tools) is provided for educational and informational purposes only. No product guarantees profits, accuracy, or specific trading outcomes.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

2.5 Copy Trading Disclaimer

PioneerAlgoFX does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or financial advice. Copy trading is high-risk. Losses may exceed deposits depending on leverage and market conditions.

You alone are responsible for:

• Broker choice
• Leverage settings
• Lot sizing
• Stop-loss / take-profit configuration
• Monitoring your account and margin level

3. Wallet (Top-Up Credits) – Rules & Operations

3.1 Adding Funds (Top-Up)

You can add funds using supported payment methods including:

• Credit/debit cards (via Stripe)
• PayPal
• Wise / Bank transfer (if provided)

3.2 How Top-Up Works

• All top-ups are converted to USD and credited to your Wallet balance.
• Top-up funds can only be used within PioneerAlgoFX (non-withdrawable).
• Top-ups are processed instantly unless delayed by your payment provider.
• PioneerAlgoFX may request KYC verification for security or fraud prevention.

3.3 Using Wallet for Purchases

You may use Wallet balance to pay for:

• Software (EAs, indicators, tools)
• In-site upgrade plans
• Gold Coin conversions
• Lucky Wheel spins

Wallet payments are final once processed and cannot be reversed to original payment methods.

3.4 Wallet Restrictions

• Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or cashed out.
• Wallet balance cannot be used outside PioneerAlgoFX.
• Refunds (if approved) are credited back to Wallet only.
• No interest or investment returns are paid on Wallet balances.

3.5 Wallet Inactivity Fee

After 12 months of inactivity, a $10/month custody fee may be charged until account activity resumes. Wallet will never go negative.

4. Payments, Billing & Taxes

4.1 Currency & Conversion

• All prices are displayed in USD.
• Payment processors may charge FX conversion fees.
• PioneerAlgoFX is not responsible for exchange-rate differences.

4.2 Billing Errors

If you believe there is a billing error, you must notify us within 7 days so we can investigate.

4.3 Taxes

Sales tax / VAT may apply depending on your billing country and local laws. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

5. Refund Policy (Digital Products, Wallet, Rewards)

5.1 Digital Products (EA / Indicators)

• No refunds after download or activation.
• License issues will be repaired but not refunded.
• If a genuine functionality defect exists, we may offer repair or replacement.
• Chargebacks without contacting support may result in license termination.

5.2 Wallet Top-Up

• Top-up payments are final and non-refundable.
• If a top-up was duplicated due to payment processor error, we may credit Wallet accordingly.
• Wallet balance cannot be converted back to cash.

5.3 Gold Coins

• Gold Coins cannot be refunded, exchanged, or converted to cash.
• Expired or forfeited Coins are not refundable.

5.4 Lucky Wheel Spins

• Lucky Wheel spins are final once initiated.
• No refunds for spins regardless of outcome.
• If a spin is voided due to system error, Gold Coins may be restored.

5.5 Physical Rewards

• Physical items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless defective on arrival.
• If stock is unavailable, an equivalent reward may be substituted.
• Customs, VAT and import fees are user’s responsibility.

5.6 Dispute Handling

Any disputes must be raised to our support team with full details. PioneerAlgoFX reserves the right to final determination.

6. Gold Coins – Virtual Tokens Policy

6.1 Nature of Gold Coins

• Gold Coins are virtual, non-monetary tokens.
• They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
• Standard conversion rate: 1 USD = 5 Gold Coins.
• Coins may be granted via bonuses, promotions or loyalty events.

6.2 One-Way Conversion

Conversion from Wallet funds into Gold Coins is irreversible. Gold Coins cannot be exchanged back into Wallet credits or cash.

6.3 Expiry

Gold Coins may expire after 12 months of account inactivity or as specified during promotional events.

7. Lucky Wheel – Rules, Rewards & Fair-Play Policy

7.1 Cost of Each Spin

• Each spin costs 10 Gold Coins unless otherwise announced.
• Coins are deducted immediately and non-refundable once the spin request is submitted.

7.2 Rewards

Possible rewards include:

• Gold Coins
• Discount coupons
• Digital Software (EA/indicator)
• Physical Rewards

Digital rewards are delivered via a $0 internal order. Physical Rewards require a valid shipping address and may take up to 7 business days to dispatch.

7.3 Server-Side Determination

• All Lucky Wheel outcomes are determined by the server.
• The animation on the user interface is illustrative only and does not determine the actual reward.
• Server logs, timestamps, spin IDs and reward tables are considered final and binding.

7.4 Probability & Adjustments

• Rewards are based on weighted random probability.
• PioneerAlgoFX may adjust weightings over time for fairness, anti-abuse, promotions or system balance.
• We are not obligated to disclose exact probability tables.

8. System Errors, Abnormal Rewards & Correction Rights

8.1 Definition of System Error

“System Error” includes but is not limited to:

• Software bugs / glitches
• API failures, timeouts, missing callbacks
• Caching delays or CDN propagation mismatch
• Database corruption or record duplication
• Misconfigured probability tables
• Incorrect reward mapping or UI desync
• Server load issues causing repeated spin submissions
• Third-party plugin conflicts or hosting malfunction
• Payment provider Webhook failures causing incorrect Wallet updates

8.2 Invalid or Abnormal Rewards

The following outcomes are considered invalid and may be reversed:

• Rewards issued without proper Gold Coin deduction
• Rewards issued multiple times from one spin
• Rewards inconsistent with server-side probability tables
• Rewards issued due to rapid reloading / double-clicking / duplicate submissions
• Rewards granted due to connection drops or partial requests
• Rewards issued because of caching or UI desync
• Any outcome generated during known system maintenance or outage

8.3 Platform Rights (Critical)

PioneerAlgoFX reserves the unrestricted right to:

• Void or reverse incorrect spins or rewards
• Restore Wallet and Gold Coin balances to the last verified valid state
• Revoke Digital Rewards accidentally issued
• Cancel or re-issue Physical Rewards if incorrectly allocated
• Temporarily disable Lucky Wheel for investigation
• Reset probability tables or reward pools if corrupted

The User agrees that PioneerAlgoFX is not liable for compensatory damages for any rewards voided due to system errors.

8.4 No Additional Compensation

If a reward, balance or prize was incorrectly granted due to technical malfunction, PioneerAlgoFX is not obliged to provide compensation, bonus, or goodwill payout.

9. Abuse, Hacking, Exploits & Anti-Fraud Policy

9.1 Prohibited Behaviour

• Use of bots, scripts, macros, automation or emulators
• VPN / proxy use to evade geo-restrictions
• Multi-accounting to bypass limits
• Manipulating browser scripts, DevTools, or API calls
• Intercepting or modifying network requests
• Reverse engineering client-side code
• Artificial inflation of Wallet or Gold Coin balance
• Exploiting timing vulnerabilities / race conditions
• Attempting to brute-force spin endpoints

9.2 Consequences

PioneerAlgoFX may take any of the following actions:

• Immediate account suspension or closure
• Confiscation of Wallet, Gold Coins and rewards
• Revocation of Software licenses
• Permanent IP/device bans
• Reporting fraud to payment providers or authorities

9.3 Evidence & Proof

User agrees that server logs, device fingerprints, IP records, timestamps, and internal security algorithms constitute final and binding evidence for determining abuse.

10. Physical Rewards – Shipping, Customs & Liability

10.1 Shipping Requirements

• You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address within the requested timeframe.
• PioneerAlgoFX is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Failure to provide an address within the deadline may void the reward.

10.2 Dispatch Time

• Physical Rewards are normally dispatched within 7 business days after confirmation.
• Dispatch times exclude weekends, holidays, customs inspections, and force majeure events.

10.3 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Any customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees or import taxes imposed by your country are your responsibility. PioneerAlgoFX does not cover these charges.

10.4 Loss, Theft or Damage

• Once shipped, liability may transfer to the courier/carrier.
• PioneerAlgoFX is not liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by third-party couriers.
• If the item arrives damaged, a photo must be provided within 48 hours for assessment.
• Replacement is only possible if stock is available.

10.5 Substitution Rights

If a Physical Reward becomes unavailable, PioneerAlgoFX may substitute an equivalent or higher-value reward, or provide Gold Coins as compensation at our discretion.

13.4 Service Availability

PioneerAlgoFX does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability of the website, Software servers, licensing servers, Wallet API, or Lucky Wheel services.

13.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PioneerAlgoFX is not liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of capital or trading losses
• Account blowouts due to volatility or leverage
• Data loss or corruption
• License revocation due to user misconduct or chargebacks
• Consequential, indirect, punitive or special damages

Total liability for any claim, whether contractual or tort-based, is limited to the amount paid by the User within the past 12 months.

14. Force Majeure – Uncontrollable Events

PioneerAlgoFX is not liable for delays, suspension or failure to provide services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (storms, floods, earthquakes)
• War, civil unrest, sanctions or political instability
• Government regulations or legal restrictions
• Payment provider outages or API malfunctions

During such events, services may operate in reduced capacity without liability to compensate Users.

15. Termination & Suspension

15.1 User-Initiated Termination

• You may close your account at any time.
• Unused Wallet balance is forfeited and not refundable.
• All licenses linked to your account may be permanently disabled.

15.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension

PioneerAlgoFX may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Abuse, hacking, or fraud
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicious or abnormal activity
• Requests from legal authorities

15.3 Effects of Termination

• Wallet balance, Gold Coins and pending rewards may be forfeited.
• Software license keys may be revoked permanently.
• Access to downloads and updates will be removed.
• No compensation or refunds will be provided.

16. Final Interpretation Rights

In the event of dispute or ambiguity, PioneerAlgoFX’s internal logs, records and system data shall prevail.

PioneerAlgoFX reserves the final right of interpretation regarding all terms, promotions, Gold Coin conversions, Lucky Wheel operation, and reward handling.

If any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Platform, Wallet, Gold Coins, Lucky Wheel, Rewards, Software, or any related services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

This is without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
