Affiliate Policy

1. Joining the Program

1.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your country of residence.
• You must comply with applicable advertising, consumer-protection and data-protection laws, including (where relevant) FTC rules (US), CAP/ASA guidance (UK), and EU marketing rules.
• Affiliates may be individuals, companies, or other legal entities.

1.2 Application & Approval

You may apply via our affiliate registration form or via any other channels we make available. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to approve or reject any application without obligation to provide a detailed reason.

We may reject or later suspend/terminate accounts that:

• Promote illegal, hateful, misleading, or adult content.
• Engage in spam, deceptive marketing or violation of platform policies (e.g. Facebook, Google, YouTube).
• Directly compete with PioneerAlgoFX in a way that creates confusion or misrepresentation.

1.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your affiliate login credentials, and for all activities carried out under your account. Please use strong passwords and secure devices. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

2. Tracking, Cookies & Attribution

2.1 Tracking Mechanism

Tracking is normally implemented via unique affiliate links and cookies placed on the visitor’s browser. The affiliate dashboard will show clicks, orders and pending/approved commissions according to the tracking data recorded by our system.

2.2 Cookie Duration & Attribution Model

• Cookie Duration: 90 days (unless stated otherwise in a specific campaign).
• Default Attribution Model: First-Click Attribution – the first valid affiliate link that brings a new user may receive the commission.
• In certain campaigns, we may use alternative models (such as Last-Click). Any such change will be clarified in campaign-specific terms or announcements.

2.3 Limitations of Tracking

• If a user clears cookies, switches devices or browsers, uses private/incognito mode, or blocks tracking, attribution may fail.
• Manual credit or adjustment of commissions in such cases is at the sole discretion of PioneerAlgoFX.
• Self-referrals (placing orders for yourself with your own affiliate link) are not eligible for commission, unless explicitly and separately approved in writing.

2.4 Multiple Affiliates & Clashes

Where multiple affiliates are involved in a customer journey, our internal tracking and attribution rules (as configured in our system logs) will be final and binding, even if they differ from what you might infer from browser behaviour.

3. Commissions, Payouts & Adjustments

3.1 Commission Structure

• Commission rates may vary by product, campaign, or affiliate tier. The applicable rates will be displayed in your affiliate dashboard or provided in writing.
• Commissions are calculated on the net order value:
  • excluding VAT or other sales taxes,
  • excluding payment gateway fees, chargebacks or penalties,
  • after deducting discounts, coupons or credits.

3.2 Approval & Lock Period

• New commissions typically remain in a “pending” state during a verification / lock period (e.g. 14–30 days) to cover fraud checks, chargebacks or refunds.
• After this period, valid commissions will be marked as “approved” and become eligible for payout.

3.3 Payout Schedule & Methods

• Payouts are normally processed monthly on a Net 30 basis (e.g. commissions approved in January are paid in February), unless otherwise stated.
• We may support payout methods such as PayPal, Wise, bank transfer or others as indicated in the affiliate dashboard.
• A minimum payout threshold applies (e.g. as stated in the dashboard). If your balance is below the threshold, it will roll over to the next period.
• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring accurate payout details; failed or returned payments may incur fees or delays.

3.4 Taxes & KYC

• You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due in your jurisdiction arising from affiliate income.
• We may require identity verification and/or tax information (such as ID, company details, or tax numbers) in line with KYC/AML and compliance obligations.
• We may withhold or delay payments if required to meet legal obligations or if we suspect fraud or misuse.

3.5 Refunds, Chargebacks & Disputes

• If an order is refunded, charged back, or voided for any reason, the corresponding commission will be reversed, even if already marked as approved.
• If such reversal occurs after payout, the negative amount may be deducted from future commissions.
• PioneerAlgoFX’s internal transaction records and logs will be treated as final in case of discrepancy.

4. Permitted Promotion & Prohibited Practices

4.1 Acceptable Promotion Channels

You may promote PioneerAlgoFX through, for example:

• Personal websites, blogs or review sites.
• YouTube channels, podcasts or social media pages.
• Email newsletters (with proper consent and anti-spam compliance).
• Private communities (e.g. Discord, Telegram) where permitted by platform rules.

4.2 Prohibited Practices (Zero-Tolerance)

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• Spam: Unsolicited bulk email, messages, or comments.
• Misleading or false claims: Guaranteeing profits, stating “no risk”, or misrepresenting performance or regulatory status.
• Coupon hijacking: Injecting cookies on coupon or voucher sites without genuine referrals, or using browser extensions to overwrite existing cookies.
• Brand bidding: Bidding on our brand name or close variants (“PioneerAlgoFX”, misspellings) as ad keywords in search engines, unless expressly permitted in writing.
• Cookie stuffing: Forcing cookies without a real user click, via pop-unders, iframes, scripts, or invisible links.
• Trademark misuse: Using our logos or names in domain names, social handles or ads in a way that implies official partnership or ownership.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be PioneerAlgoFX staff, official support, or a regulated financial advisor.
• Illegal or harmful content: Promotion on sites that host hate, violence, discrimination, illegal activities, pirated software or adult content.

4.3 PPC (Pay-Per-Click) & Paid Ads Rules

• Direct linking from paid ads to our site may be restricted; if in doubt, use your own landing page.
• No bidding on our trademarks or domain names (including misspellings) without written permission.
• Ad copy must be accurate, non-misleading and must comply with applicable advertising rules.

4.4 Technical Misuse & Fraud

Any attempt to artificially inflate clicks, leads, or sales (for example by bots, scripts, fake accounts, or self-refunds) will be treated as fraud and may result in account closure, commission forfeiture and potential legal action.

5. Disclosure & Transparency Requirements

5.1 Mandatory Disclosure

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship whenever you promote PioneerAlgoFX, in a way that is visible and understandable to your audience, close to the affiliate link or promotion.

For example, acceptable disclosures include:

• “If you buy through my link, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.”
• “As an affiliate, I may receive compensation if you purchase through the links on this page.”

5.2 Local Law Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your disclosures and marketing comply with the consumer and advertising laws of your audience’s jurisdiction (e.g. FTC guidelines in the US, CAP/ASA rules in the UK, EU consumer law).

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Use

6.1 Use of PioneerAlgoFX Assets

• You may use our approved logos, banners and marketing materials provided via the affiliate dashboard or by email.
• You may not modify our logos or official graphics in a way that is misleading, low-quality or harmful to our brand.
• You may not register domain names, social media accounts, or advertising keywords that are confusingly similar to our trademarks.

6.2 Software & License Keys

• You may not resell, share, leak or redistribute our Software, activation codes or license keys.
• Any unauthorised sharing or resale of our digital products or licenses may result in immediate termination and legal action.

7. Term, Suspension & Termination

7.1 Term of the Agreement

This Affiliate Policy applies from the moment your affiliate account is approved and remains in force until terminated by either party in accordance with this Section.

7.2 Suspension

We may suspend your affiliate account at any time if we suspect fraud, policy violations, or technical issues that require investigation. During suspension, commissions may be placed on hold pending review.

7.3 Termination by Either Party

• You may terminate participation at any time by contacting support and requesting closure of your affiliate account.
• PioneerAlgoFX may terminate any affiliate account, or the Program as a whole, at any time with or without cause.

7.4 Effect of Termination

• Upon termination, you must stop using our affiliate links and remove our promotional materials from your channels within a reasonable time.
• Valid, approved commissions earned before the termination date will normally be paid in the next payment cycle, subject to fraud checks and minimum payout thresholds.
• Any commissions generated in violation of this Policy, or associated with fraudulent activity, may be permanently withheld.

8. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this Policy creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and PioneerAlgoFX.

You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf, and you may not present yourself as our employee or official representative.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

In operating your affiliate activities, you may collect or process personal data (for example, email addresses for newsletters). You are solely responsible for complying with applicable data-protection laws (such as GDPR, UK GDPR or other local laws) in your own operations.

PioneerAlgoFX will process personal data of visitors and customers in accordance with our own Privacy Policy. Affiliates do not gain direct access to customers’ full personal data; any information shown in the affiliate dashboard is provided strictly for performance reporting.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PioneerAlgoFX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, profits or data) arising out of or in connection with this Affiliate Policy or the Program.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim related to the Affiliate Program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you by PioneerAlgoFX in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to This Affiliate Policy

We may update this Affiliate Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page, and may notify active affiliates via email or dashboard notification.

Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop promoting PioneerAlgoFX and request closure of your affiliate account.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Affiliate Policy is governed by the laws of England & Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Policy or the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
